Frequently asked questions
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every device comes with a 6-month warranty from the delivery date, whatever its grade. After the return window, a fault covered by the warranty is repaired or the device is replaced.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return a device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, with no restocking fee. A pre-owned device arrives opened, so opening it is fine; send it back in the condition it arrived, with everything that came in the box.
What does the condition mean?
The condition describes how the device looks. Every grade works fully. Excellent: few to no visible signs of wear. Good: light signs of wear or micro-scratches. Acceptable: visible wear on the body.
What about the battery?
The shop does not show a device's exact battery health.
Has it been checked?
Yes. Every device is inspected by the selling store before listing, and a device with any recorded fault is not sold here.
What comes with it?
Every device comes with a charging cable.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on every order. Each device ships from the store that sells it, shown with the offer. Tax is added at checkout and there are no other fees. You are charged only when the store confirms your unit.
