Apple-genuine parts go through extensive testing for quality, integrity and reliability.

What is the guarantee?

We guarantee our service, including replacement parts. We provide lifetime warranty (Physical and Liquid damage excluded) for screen replacements and up-to 180 days for all other services. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.

Does UniverCell fix watches under Apple Care+?

No, The Apple Limited Warranty covers your Apple Watch and the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. This includes adapters, spare cables, or cases. We are an out-of-warranty Apple watch repair provider that make use of genuine Apple parts.

How long will it take for repair?

While we aim to resolve most issues same-day, some repairs may take longer. For board level repair you can expect your device to be returned within 5-7 business days. Delays beyond our control can occur, and the above estimates are not guaranteed, but provided as an estimated repair turnaround time.
